Podľa dôkazov, ktoré máme k dispozícii, sa v kauze CARLTON na Okresnej prokuratúre v Bratislave I falšujú doručenky a dátumy doručenia
Vzniknutá situácia je o to závažnejšia, že podozrenia z možnej trestnej činnosti poukazujú priamo na orgán, ktorý má na dodržiavanie zákonnosti dohliadať.
Z tohto dôvodu podalo občianske združenie Prinášame nádej na Generálnu prokuratúru trestné oznámenie pre podozrenie z viacerých trestných činov, ktorých sa dopustili doposiaľ neznámi páchatelia z radov sudcov a pracovníkov Okresného súdu Bratislava I a Krajského súdu Bratislava, prokurátorov a pracovníkov Okresnej prokuratúry Bratislava I a osoby vystupujúce ako zamestnanci alebo spolupracujúce osoby s Advokátskou kanceláriou RELEVANS s.r.o..
Z dôkazov je zrejmé, že pri vyznačovaní dátumov doručenia na Okresnej prokuratúre Bratislava I dochádzalo k porušovaniu súvisiacich právnych predpisov zo strany pracovníkov okresnej prokuratúry a to tak, že prokurátori vedome nepravdivo uvádzali dátumy prijatia písomností, ktoré napokon „verifikovali“ čiastočným vyplnením doručenky. Páchateľom sa však nepodarilo zlikvidovať všetky dôkazy o ich trestnej činnosti, z ktorých je jasné, že Okresná prokuratúra Bratislava I svojím nesprávnym a nezákonným konaním zásadným spôsobom prispela k porušeniu základných práv a slobôd vymedzených v ústave a umožnila tak predĺženie trestného stíhania nevinných osôb.
Je teda zrejmé, že zo strany pracovníkov OP BA I došlo k spáchaniu trestného činu falšovania a pozmeňovania verejnej listiny, úradnej pečate, úradnej uzávery, úradného znaku a úradnej značky podľa § 352, trestného činu zneužívanie právomoci verejného činiteľa podľa § 326 Trestného zákona a trestného činu poškodzovanie cudzích práv podľa § 375 Trestného zákona.

The situation is all the more serious because the suspicions of possible criminal activity point directly to the authority that is supposed to supervise legal compliance.
For this reason, the civic association ‚Bring Hope‘ (Prinášame nádej) has filed a criminal complaint with the General Prosecutor's Office for suspicion of several criminal offences committed by as yet unknown perpetrators among judges and employees of the Bratislava I District Court and the Bratislava Regional Court, prosecutors and employees of the Bratislava I District Prosecutor's Office, and persons acting as employees of or cooperating with the RELEVANS s.r.o. law firm.
It is clear from the evidence that when marking the dates of service at the District Prosecutor's Office Bratislava I, the related legal provisions were violated by the staff of the District Prosecutor's Office, in that the prosecutors knowingly misstated the dates of receipt of documents, which they eventually „verified“ by partially filling in the delivery receipt. Nevertheless, the perpetrators failed to destroy all the evidence of their criminal activity, from which it is clear that the District Prosecutor's Office Bratislava I, by its incorrect and unlawful conduct, has radically contributed to the violation of fundamental rights and freedoms as defined in the Constitution and has thus enabled the prolongation of the prosecution of innocent persons.
It is therefore clear that the staff of the OP BA I committed the offence of forgery and alteration of a public document, official seal, official closure, official emblem and official mark pursuant to § 352, the offence of abuse of authority of a public official pursuant to § 326 of the Criminal Code and the offence of defamation of the rights of others pursuant to § 375 of the Criminal Code.
